Settlement, dated January 11, 1822, between Sakinah Khanum, known as Bibi Khanum, daughter of Muhammad Khuzani, and Sayyid Ibrahim, her son from Mir ‘Ali Naqi, exchanging two-thirds of a house in Shams Abad district of Khuzan village for twelve tumans, the one-hundred dinar fee and some wheat for the detriment clause. On verso: on April 13, 1833, Sayyid Ibrahim and his wife Baygum Buzurg, daughter of Sayyid Mir Taqi, settled two-thirds of ‘Ali Naqi's house as well as other properties with Muhammad Fazil, son of Muhammad Husayni. Settlement between Rubabah Sultan and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, 1915
Settlement between Rubabah Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Husayn (son of Haji Muhammad Baqir) and wife of Muhammad Riza (son of Sadiq from Khuzan), and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, son of Karbalayi Abu al-Qasim, over part of an orchard and its share of water from the qanat, located in Shams Abad district, for ninety-one tumans, dated October 26, 1915. Muhammad Riza has approved this transaction. On verso, dated February 13, 1918: Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali sold the above property to Karbalayi Asad Allah, son of Mirza Muhammad from Khuzan, for ninety-one tumans.

Settlement between Khatun and her husband, 1853
Settlement between Khatun, daughter of ‘Ishq‘ali from Khuzan, and her husband Sultan Muhammad, son of Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, exchanging some properties (a piece of land, a house, and a garden with its share of water) mentioned in her marriage contract, along with her share of the inheritance from a specific house and garden, and a piece of land inherited from her father for five tumans and a piece of land in Shams Abad from Sultan Muhammad. The fee for the detriment clause is one hundred dinars and some wheat.
